A fundamental element for the oil mill’s success is its happy positioning in the heart of Valdichiana, on soft rolling hills typified by favorable climactic conditions and soil profile which allow the presence of many varieties of olives: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino and correggiolo.
The experience of many decades and three generations allowed us to strengthen the collaboration with the best olive oil-mills in Tuscany and central Italy, developed through the selection of the best olives which are then processed and bottled in modern structures with machines capable of operating constantly at a high standard of quality.
These characteristics allowed us to deserve the desired and prestigious IFS – International Food Standard – certification, the top international standard which denotes the quality and safety of the food products.
Today our olive oil can be found in the markets and on the tables of most of the world, through profitable commercial relationships with countries in Europe and other continents, from Brazil to the United States and from China to Japan. At the same time, in Italy we have spread through the whole peninsula, we have been the official olive oil of Inter for nearly thirty years and are the official suppliers of olive oil for great chefs such as Alessandro Borghese in his TV program “Kitchen and Sound”, broadcast by Sky Uno.
A crowning event for the quality of our products has been the exclusive grant for the production of the Jubilee Olive Oil, given by Pope Francis and the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, on the occasion of the 2016 Jubilee.
